My first visit there was a HUGE, pleasant success! The store was clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful. One stop shopping and I walked out with everything I needed for a fantastic dinner. The flowers, the produce, the steaks...all premium quality. I'll definitely be back!

I wish one of the two cashiers that were not assisting customers when I walked in would have told me they were not accepting cash at that time. Then, I would not have wasted my thirty minute lunch break picking out things to buy and that store. While in the produce section, an employee with empty boxes on a cart, kept following me around staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable, I left that section without getting what I wanted. The employees at the deli counter were helpful. Still, I will not be back. That was my first and last time at Fresh Market. I will stick with Trader Joes, Natural Grocers/Whole Foods instead of Fresh Market.

I ordered $169 worth of grocery with Uber Eats ($15 tip included) because Im sick and didn’t need to go to the store and DoorDash had a 30% discount if I had the order delivered. A person named Meredith gathered my order, she was nice in the chat and has a really good score but sadly my order was messed up. I didn’t receive one item that was $6.79(it was a crème brûlée cheesecake but it was sold out and supposed to be substituted for a ricotta cheesecake), I made the report but a refund was rejected. I ordered their fresh guacamole but received a nasty packs guacamole instead and got refunded a difference(which now I wish I just got a full refund as it’s gross but beggars can’t be choosers I guess) but my one item missing was ignored which I don’t understand. Then I was supposed to get a buy one get one free item and I chose the kale bagged salad and today, I’m just realizing I only received one. I have been really sick or else i wouldn’t called and settled it but I have no energy, I’ll just have to go myself if I ever go again. On top of all this, the cakes I ordered weren’t as good as I thought. I bought a bunch of little cakes for a tea party and they looked good but the taste

I really enjoy this place. I stopped shopping at (Whole Foods) after discovering that Amazon owns it, so I boycott that store. I avoid supporting companies that are involved in wars and that demoralize children & women. The Fresh Market offers many better options for organic enthusiasts!

The prices at Fresh Market tend to be steep, so I shop there only when I know it has something I can't easily find elsewhere. Yesterday, for instance, I had lunch at a restaurant in the same shopping center in which Fresh Market is located, did some shopping at a store in the same area, and then stopped at Fresh Market for a bottle of Bulgarian yogurt. I find it at only one other outlet in Little Rock, one I've vowed not to visit due to how they handled a complaint I made when they put a sign out in the Covid period saying masks were required to shop in their store, but then refused to enforce their sign. I always enjoy shopping in Fresh Market because it's cozy, clean, and does have items I wouldn't spot in a number of other places. Yesterday, in addition to the yogurt, I bought a nice batch of beautiful dandelion greens. I needed a knob of ginger, and when I could find it only in sealed containers that had more ginger than I needed, a kind staff person told me she had some loose knobs and brought me one. I also got good, courteous service at the meat counter where I bought sliced pastrami. The checkout person who tallied up my purchases couldn't have been nicer and more courteo
